Subscription Data

When you purchase a subscription through in-app purchases:

• We receive and store information about your subscription status, purchase date, and renewal dates

• We use RevenueCat as a subscription management service to help us manage and track subscriptions

• Goal titles you enter when requesting AI-assisted breakdown

• You can edit, modify, or delete AI-generated tasks at any time

• You can choose which images to capture or upload for processing

• You control when to grant camera access to the Application

• You can monitor your remaining monthly image upload allowance through the Application

Data Storage and Security

We use Firebase and Cloud Firestore to store user data. Your information is protected by:

• Data encryption in transit and at rest

• Access controls limiting who can view your information

Third-Party Services

Our application integrates with third-party services, including:

Data Retention

Goals and AI-Generated Content

• Goals and AI-generated tasks/subtasks are stored for as long as they remain active in your profile

• When you mark a goal as complete or delete it, associated data is retained in your account history until you delete your account

• When you delete your account, all your goals and AI-generated content will be deleted.

Image Data

• Images you upload or capture are:

  • Transmitted to OpenAI for processing

  • Not permanently stored by us after processing is complete, but may be cached temporarily to improve performance

  • Processed according to OpenAI's data retention policies

  • Counted against your monthly upload limit regardless of whether processing is successful

• Your monthly image upload count resets at the beginning of each calendar month

• We retain records of your image upload count for billing and subscription management purposes

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as:

• The right to access the personal information we have about you

• The right to request correction of inaccurate data

• The right to request deletion of your data

• The right to restrict or object to processing
