By downloading, installing, or using Undercover Infiltrator, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our App.

2. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, OlympDev/Undercover Infiltrator, grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App

• Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Violate any applicable laws in your use of the App

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OlympDev/Undercover Infiltrator and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. User Conduct

6. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OlympDev/Undercover Infiltrator, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OlympDev/Undercover Infiltratorfrom any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of OlympDev/Undercover Infiltrator, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Entire Agreement
