2. Description of Service

The Quiz Game App is an AI-powered educational platform that generates customized quizzes based on user-specified topics, education levels, and difficulty settings. The service includes:

• AI-generated quiz questions with multiple choice answers

• Educational explanations and information nuggets

• Customizable difficulty levels and education settings

• Free trial access to 10 quizzes

• Subscription service providing up to 50 tailor-made quizzes per month

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive 10 free quizzes to evaluate the service. No payment information is required for the free trial.

4.2 Paid Subscription

After the free trial, continued access requires a monthly or yearly subscription providing up to 50 tailor-made quizzes per month.

4.3 Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance

• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.5 Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided, except where required by law.

5. Use of AI Technology

5.1 Third-Party AI Services

The App utilizes OpenAI's API to generate quiz content and Google Firebase services for authentication and data storage. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Your quiz topics and preferences may be processed by OpenAI in accordance with their terms of service and privacy policy

• Your account information and app data are stored and managed through Google Firebase/Firestore services

5.2 Content Generation

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users should verify important information independently.

5.3 Content Appropriateness

We implement safeguards to ensure appropriate content generation, but cannot guarantee all generated content will be suitable for all users or contexts.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models

• Share your account credentials with others

• Use the App to generate content that violates intellectual property rights

• Attempt to circumvent usage limitations or payment requirements

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 App Ownership

The App, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Generated Content

Quiz questions and explanations generated through the App are provided for your personal educational use. You may not redistribute or commercialize this content.

You retain rights to topics and preferences you input, but grant us a license to use this information to provide and improve our services.

9. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App and may experience downtime for maintenance or technical issues.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
